I am a French tutor living between Provo and Salt Lake City, able to work in a wide area and to learn French language and French culture.
I taught French history at Utah Valley University in Spring and I will be teaching French literature in Fall.
I am a substitute teacher in elementary school in dual immersion, in the French program, and I organize French classes for adults.
I received a master's in modern letters in France, and studied French and foreign literature, as well as all aspects of the French language:
grammar, spelling, linguistics and semantics.
My career in France helped me develop and apply my skills by writing extensively in French. I have experience in contest preparation.
I can teach all facets of this rich and fascinating language and whatever your level and age. Whether you are a beginner to learning French or you want to deepen your knowledge, I can help you improve your skills in French. I will help you improve your French speaking, reading or writing. Most importantly, I learned to speak French with the right accent and good expressions that will make you look like a native speaker.
If you are a student and learning French as a second language, I can help you work your courses and pass your exams. If you speak French in your job or you want to be hired by a company looking for a person speaking French, I can help you to acquire professional vocabulary enabling you to deal with any situation and satisfy your boss and customers. If you want to live in France and want to acquire a solid foundation to be able to speak and read French, I am developing a program that can give you satisfaction according to the number of courses you want. If you just want to go to France on vacation and want to be able to get by on the spot, ask for directions, ordering in a restaurant, I prepare my own scenarios, depending on our level. These situations are obviously not exhaustive, and I can handle any request!
I am flexible, and I can come to your home or elsewhere.
I speak a little bit Spanish.
A bientôt pour votre première leçon de français.
