I have an undergraduate degree from the University of Texas at Tyler with degrees in Psychology and Mathematics, and a 4.0 math and science GPA. I have almost five years experience tutoring in mathematics. I am known for my ability to break down the material to a level that the student can understand, no matter how difficult math is for them. Too often I see tutors confusing their students with long, drawn out technical explanations which only discourages them. My philosophy is: show the student exactly what they need to know, and exactly how to do it.
