The key to understanding math is to understand the language used to describe the problems. It's easy to get spun around with a big formula and lost in all the symbols. As an engineer I have been trained to break a problem down into smaller, manageable pieces. I use the same process in tutoring math. With the appropriate analogies, math becomes simple and manageable.
I have tutored classmates since 8th grade and through college in subjects such as geometry, trigonometry, calculus, differential equations, linear systems, digital signal processing, stochastics, and electronics.
I look forward to helping you improve your math skills!
