If you are searching for a tutor who understands that every person has a different learning style and is adaptable enough to alter his teaching style to best fit you, then I am your man. I am a recent UT Dallas Graduate, and a newly accepted medical student at UTHSCSA! I have been helping my students, friends, family, and my spouse learn biological and mathematical concepts for as long as I can remember, and I know that I can help you as well.

I specialize in standardized testing, with intimate knowledge of the MCAT, and whether it is your desire to go to medical or dental school or you just need help with biology or math, I can assist you in a number of different ways. I can communicate a number of different topics in plain English, with analogies and real world examples that enhance functional usage of the material.

Algebra 1

I have been doing algebra since elementary school and it was taught to me daily by my father, an engineer, on a dry erase board during our family meals. Because of this early familiarity I usually can see at least 2 to 4 different ways to solve any algebra problem and have found that students will intuitively understand at least one of these solutions.

Biochemistry

I received an A+ and an A in both semesters of biochemistry and recently graduated Cum Laude from the University of Texas at Dallas with a B.S. in Biology. I believe that success in biochemistry really boils down to truly functional understanding of both chemistry and biology.

Biology

I recently graduated Cum Laude from UTD with a B.S. in Biology. As a medical student and former paramedic I have numerous real world examples and a unique knack for relating complex biological topics with simple metaphors.

Chemistry

I received an A in both semesters of chemistry from the University of Texas at Dallas and have become exceedingly familiar with its basic concepts from valence electrons the the Henderson–Hasselbalch equation in the semesters of biochemistry and organic chemistry that followed. I am confident in my abilities to relate complex chemical concepts to students in easy to understand ways.

Drawing

I have been using pencils and charcoal to draw since before I learned to write, In fact every time that I have had a break from my hectic class and work schedule my art has been waiting for me like an old friend. I have a portfolio of my older art work that I can supply upon request and a lifetime of experience with the subject.

MCAT

I took the MCAT after one month of study, and received a 34, with 12 in verbal reasoning a 10 in physical sciences and a 12 in biological sciences. I have an intimate knowledge of the types of questions asked and the thought process that must go into answering them.
