My experience includes over 40 years of teaching mathematics at the university level. Most of my classroom experience has been at the undergraduate level with the majority of courses being at the freshman/sophomore level. The courses taught include intermediate algebra, college algebra, trigonometry, precalculus, all levels of calculus, differential equations and numerical analysis. Throughout those many years of teaching I have maintained high student evaluations.
In May of 2010 I retired, but those years of instruction were so enjoyable that now I would like to assist students on a one to one basis. During the late nineties I tutored small groups of students in the NEISD for a local tutoring business and that experience of helping students to master material that they were struggling with was so gratifying, that I decided at that time that I would continue tutoring upon retirement.
