I have been teaching Sunday School for nearly 3 years now, and teach twice a month at the Livingway Church in Garland, TX. I help to get all of the supplies ready for teaching lessons as well, including all of the activities, and props needed for the lesson. I really enjoy teaching about what Jesus has done for us, and believe strongly in our purpose for leading others to Christ, in every opportunity that God gives to us.

I competed my times in UILs, and State Performances for State UIL both in Violin, and in Voice, back in Middle School. I am interested in teaching violin lessons to students at the Elementary Level. I have played Violin for over 8 years straight in Orchestra, mostly Classical music from 6th grade through my Sophomore Year of College at Collin College in Plano, TX. Now, I mostly play for fun, and am looking into getting back into playing in some type of Adult Orchestra in the area. But played steadily for 12 years total. I know how to sight read really well, as well as play through 7th position, with a lot of Vibrato, and would love to teach students how to play this wonderful instrument that becomes a part of you. I have taught music at the Elementary level for over 4 years in Richardson ISD, and have helped assist the Orchestra teacher with students who needed help.
I would love to teach voice lessons for students at the Elementary Level. I do my best by listening to the song, and repeating the song when singing. I can also sight read, after hearing the song at least one time through on any instrument, or on a recording. Have taught songs to students at the Elementary Level for 4 years, in Richardson ISD, as I was substitute teaching, and really enjoy creating songs in my head, and singing them to students, and teach them a new song in relation to subjects taught, or whatever subject we may be covering at the time, so that they can remember the facts that maybe being used.
