My name is Wade, but you can call me ..... Wade! As a teacher most people called me "Mr. _ _ _ _ _". No need for that now because as your tutor, or your child's tutor, I am going to be your best math friend. Together we are going to have some fun and I am going to have your back (in mathematics). Math is fun? Yes, it can be once you understand some basic concepts, keep up with your homework, and develop confidence in your ability. Fun? Sure... put a mirror alongside the message between $ signs to read a secret message about your new attitude once we start working together: $ HTAM 3V0I i $ I made that message with a few letters and numbers. There are no secrets in math once you start looking a little deeper and appreciating the language of numbers and variables.
I have been a teacher in both middle school and high school. I was also involved in curriculum and have been an assistant principal too.
In addition to loving the teaching and understanding of mathematics, I am a baseball fanatic. I love the Texas Rangers and the Cleveland Indians. I bet as a youngster I probably burned up about $5,000 worth of baseball cards in the spokes of my bike. Oh well, you can't win 'em all. Let's do some math together!
