QuickBooks

As a degreed accountant with over 30 years' work experience, many of my clients use QuickBooks as well as my previous employers. I not only install, setup and operate QuickBooks, but I have audited taxpayer books using QuickBooks software in my employment with the Taxation Department for the State of Nevada as a Sales and Use Tax Auditor.

Microsoft Access

I have written several programs utilizing the Access database as a point of sale, catalog lookup, and inventory database. In college at UTA in Arlington, Texas, I was required to take a three hour course in Access as part of my BS/Accounting degree. The final exam was to provide a working point of sale program including screen design, data entry fields, reports,and building a database of sale items. I scored an A on the final exam and the highest class score.

Microsoft Outlook

Almost all employers use Microsoft Outlook for email, calendar, tasks, reminders, and notifications. I have setup folders, archived emails and backed up personal folders and consider myself advanced in Microsoft Outlook. For over 15 years, I have used Outlook and tutored others on how to utilize Outlook.

Microsoft Windows

I have a BS/Accounting degree. From the first Microsoft Windows 95, and the later versions 98, XP, Vista, 2000,and 7, I have used these operating systems in work, home and tutoring and continue to maintain proficiency in this subject.

How do I receive a discount?

Save between 5 and 15% on tutoring by purchasing credit with one of our prepaid discount packages. You can buy one of our standard 5, 10 or 15% packages or customize your own package based on how much tutoring you need. The credit you purchase can be used towards any tutor at any time and does not expire. If you do not use the entire package, we will simply deduct what you did spend on tutoring from your original purchase price and give you a refund. Discount packages start as low as $190.
