With a career based in education and training as well as criminal justice, I have a plethora of skills and experiences to the benefit of those who choose to access my services. As an adult, I chose to return to college and obtain my bachelor's degree. I used numerous opportunities and venues to complete my degree including testing out of required coursework.
While teaching, I did pass required exams for ESL, General Classroom Teaching, and Secondary Statistics/Economics/Political Science. I have also taken gradate coursework involving cognition and the multitude of ways that are available to learn subject matter.
I have also read, digested and prepared concise notes used for study and preparation for passing civil service exams. I was the sole employee representative for four years on the Texas Workers Compensation Commission.
I conducted weekly employment classes for probationers as well as taught money management.
My life experiences have required I be open and ready for challenges resident in every process. When there is a will to learn, there is always a way to learn. Successful lifelong learning is this tutor's objective for any and every opportunity given while also empowering students to pass required testing.
