I am a certified teacher for Early Childhood through 4th grade through LeTourneau University's teaching program. I have taught for 3 years at the primary level. I have had the privilege of working with students of different learning styles and with different learning disabilities. I finished my Master's degree (May 2012) in Curriculum and Instruction. My GPA was a 4.0 for my Master's program. I have a passion for reading and math. I enjoy working with struggling readers, no matter the age. My philosophy is that every student can succeed with the proper tools, such as strategies, manipulatives, and hands-on experiences. I genuinely care about each of my students and use methods to help engage them in the subject we are tutoring. I look forward to working with you and hearing from you.
