My name is Sheila, and I am an educator and tutor, mainly in rebuilding literacy skills and basic MS Office skills. I have a doctorate degree in Education from Liberty University (Lynchburg, VA), a MA in Instructional Technology from AIU (Hoffman Estates, IL), a MA in Curriculum and Instruction in Reading
from Grand Canyon University (Phoenix, AZ), and a BA in Business
Administration from Baker College (Muskegon & Flint, MI).
Besides tutoring, I am a proud mother of two adult sons, (both in the military), and adopted twin 7 year-old sons, and I also have 3 grandchildren. I am a retired Army veteran, and I have also taught English Language
Arts in the k-12 learning environments as well as in other subject areas; I have also taught English review, English composition 101/102, developmental English, Communications (Speech
), and MS Office courses at a community college and 4-year private college.
