Chemistry tutoring is available for college as well as school level students. Teaching is my passion. I completed Ph.D in chemistry and taught chemistry subject for over 30 years at different levels. The subject in which I specialized is Organic Chemistry and I enjoy teaching from the basics to advanced mechanisms. I can also teach general, analytical, inorganic and Physical chemistry.
Learning chemistry can be hard for non-science majors but my experience is that once students have a good grip on very basics, it becomes easy for them to score better grades. My main goal is to encourage independent thinking and analytical reasoning to help in their problem solving skills, thus encouraging them to not just memorize.
I prompt them to question at every stage to satisfy their curiosity. My favorite approach is, "If you don't have any questions, I have same for you". The idea is to provide hints on what they know and lead them to answer by making them think logically.
I can also teach Botany and Zoology up to class x level.
