I have excelled in the subject of English my entire academic career. I was in advanced English courses for several years in primary school, and participated in extracurricular activities such as UIL spelling and writing. When I was a young child my poetry was published in a popular magazine of the time for its creativity and originality. My area of expertise is in composition writing and spelling specifically, but I can tutor students for literature, grammar, vocabulary, reading skills and more. In college I worked with international students, making efforts to be sure they improved their compositions and their knowledge of the English Language. I am currently a preschool teacher at my church where I am expected to run a full class of as many as 15 students at a time. I provide lessons for the children that include crafts and projects. I am patient and excited to work with anyone seeking to improve their knowledge of English.
