I am a college student pursuing a degree in astrophysics. I am very proficient in mathematics (everything up to differential equations, including calculus, pre-calculus, algebra 1 & 2, trigonometry, and geometry) and am mostly proficient in general physics and chemistry, and certain subcategories of English such as grammar and rhetorical analysis. I have been offered tutoring jobs on several occasions, which unfortunately never followed through, but which managed to pique my interest in tutoring. I am very confident in my ability to tutor in calculus and all of its involved methods of mathematics (having made a 5 on the AP test in calculus and going through most of the course with a 100%) and have taken many other AP courses, including English language and English composition. I have previous experience tutoring in Chemistry without pay (I helped the student go from a D to an A), and have taken and passed college courses for all of the college-level subjects I have mentioned.
