I have 22 years of experience in teaching law enforcement practices to new hires and veterans of police agencies. I also possess two years of instruction as a college adjunct instructor. My career spans 29 years in law enforcement as a supervisor and an instructor of criminal justice courses. My education consists of a BS in Organizational Leadership, where I graduated Summa Cum Laude honors, a MBA in Finance, and a Masters in Criminal Justice. I possess a license from the State of Texas to instruct criminal justice courses to police academies and other law enforcement officers. I have two years of experience as an online, adjunct instructor with a four year university. I enjoy helping students understand the practices of criminal justice procedures.
