I taught French as a second language for more than three years in Canada. I prepared my students, who were Federal public servants, to various bilingual tests required by some positions inside the Canadian federal administration. I taught the language at all levels, from beginners to advanced students.
In addition to this sort of teaching, I taught French literacy to high school dropouts for many years. Over the years I learned how to adapt my teaching skills to the needs of my students that came from different social statues and ages.
Finally, I worked as a freelance journalist in a few newspapers in Canada, Djibouti, and France. I wrote articles on issues concerning international politics and socioeconomic development.
