Hello
My name is Johnathan. I am a recent graduate from the University of Houston with a degree in History (European, World, US, Geography, ect.). Since 2010 I have worked with an campus tutoring institution assisting students in one on one, face to face, appointment based sessions. I have also facilitated small group sessions. While my degree is in history, my tutor specialty in in writing (analytic/scholarly, business, creative).
I have had extensive experience in assisting native and non-native English speakers with their writing and analytic thinking. Both of these skills hold tremendous value in our society and can be valuable assets for students to have. One mission of mine in the tutoring sector is to assist students in areas they find troublesome, while still maintaining their voice in their work.
