In high school I used to help my teachers grade papers and tutor junior high and elementary school kids. In college, I got paid to edit papers for the school and would spend hours helping students become better writers. In law school I added legal writing to my skills, loving the hours I'd have to spend researching and citing sources.
For years I have been writing on my own also with blogs, articles, and various literary magazine pieces. I have also won awards in creative writing and legal writing. I know how to help someone who is struggling with English and would love the opportunity to share what has always come naturally to me.
