Hello Students! I graduated from the University of Texas at Dallas and I am a big fan of everything Texas. I love science, especially physics and astronomy. I supported myself through graduate school by teaching undergraduate students in physics laboratory, general physics, and astronomy. I also have an in-depth understanding of college-level geology and geography.
I am very good at math because I had to learn a lot of math to get through a Ph.D. in physics. I have taught my friends and family pre-algebra, algebra 1, algebra 2, geometry, trigonometry, pre-calculus, SAT math, calculus, and linear algebra.
I am also very comfortable teaching the fundamentals of public speaking since I have given numerous talks in front of investors to raise money for businesses and in front of my colleagues in the scientific field.
I like to infuse humor into my lectures to keep things interesting for students. If students are not awake and focused, they're not learning! I am a very patient teacher, and I will not let my students go without making sure they really understand the concepts. Allow me to help you take the stress out of education. :)
