My interest in teaching started when I was a US Navy spouse and my family was frequently deployed to different locations all over the world. Due to frequent change of station, I found myself giving private tutoring to elementary and high school students on different subjects at different bases. However the duration of time at a station, my efforts helped many students excel and pass their exams and advance to higher educational levels which gave me a sense of fulfillment.

I am an excellent teacher in all aspects of English which I have been teaching for 10 years. I also teach business, finance, and technology-related courses. I have a bachelor's degree in Communications from the University of Maryland University College. I also have an MBA, and another Master's degree in Information Systems and Financial Management from the University of Maryland University College.

How do I receive a discount?

Save between 5 and 15% on tutoring by purchasing credit with one of our prepaid discount packages. You can buy one of our standard 5, 10 or 15% packages or customize your own package based on how much tutoring you need. The credit you purchase can be used towards any tutor at any time and does not expire. If you do not use the entire package, we will simply deduct what you did spend on tutoring from your original purchase price and give you a refund. Discount packages start as low as $190.
