Ya es la hora de aprender, or mejorar tus grados en espanol. Have fun while learning and conversing in Spanish. Learning a foreign language can open doors to opportunities and adventures, and get you into that top college. You too might trek to Macchu Picchu, sail to the Galapagos Islands, or perhaps get recruited by the CIA.
My introduction to Spanish began at age 5 and my studies continued through grade school, middle and high school. Spanish was my minor at Texas Tech and I spent a college summer studying in San Luis Potosi, Mexico. After my senior year at Tech I was granted a full U.S. Agency for International Development scholarship to ESAN, Escuela de Administracion de Negocios para Graduados in Lima, Peru where I earned a Masters in International Business. I had to take the GRE in Spanish to get the scholarship. ESAN was founded by Stanford and Harvard Universities to establish a graduate level business school in Peru. All classes were taught in Spanish. I have lived and worked in Ecuador,Venezuela and Mexico. As a corporate trainer I have conducted hundreds of hours of classroom training in Spanish and tutored many of my students on the side.
