I have a real-world, results-oriented, method of teaching students verbal and written communication skills. I have over ten years of experience with special needs students and of teaching communication skills.

I have worked in schools and privately with students through We Are New Voices, a student media organization. Some of my students have become involved with Youth Radio while others just want to improve their communication skills for school or personal reasons.

I have over ten years' experience with special needs students and am currently working with another non-profit organization to provide communication skill training for autistic students. I have worked with students pre-k through young adult who have challenges ranging from mild ADD through severe Autism.

I have 8 years of public speaking experience and 7 years of teaching radio presentation to students. As a grant writer, consultant and PTA President, I have made many presentations over the years.
I have taken 3 advanced speech classes specializing in both writing and presenting.

Aspergers

I have over ten years experience with special needs students in school and home settings. I have acquired, through workshops in behavior treatment, the skills necessary to conduct language training according to methodology presented by Dr, Vincent Carbone.
Students with Aspergers and students with Autism can exhibit similar behaviors and experience similar difficulties so my training with autistic students is helpful in both cases.

Dyslexia

I have seven years of experience helping Dyslexic students produce quality writing. I also help students with self esteem issues related to Dyslexia.

While I don't 'cure' dyslexia I do teach skills that help student's produce quality work despite their dyslexia.

If you do not use the entire package, we will simply deduct what you did spend on tutoring from your original purchase price and give you a refund. Discount packages start as low as $190.
