It is important that all students, no matter at what stage of development, learn how to use thinking skills to solve real world type problems. By developing these kinds of high order thinking skills, the student will have confidence and skills that will last a lifetime.
God makes each of us different so why do we expect that every student will learn at the same pace and in the same way? I am a strong advocate for differentiated learning. New material should be presented to the student in visual, audio and hands-on formats so that the student can grasp the material in the way that is most meaningful to him or her.
Every student has different levels of strength and weaknesses. I work on using the strength so that we, as a team, can overcome the weaknesses. I know that every student, no matter the challenges, can success.
I am also experienced in behavior modifications. I will work with the parents to help set up a study plan and a reward program that will help the child overcome any past habits that have lead to poor learning and study habits.
In addition, I have used ABA and other program to help students who have more intense problems.
Please contact me and we will talk about how I can help your student be successful.

The formula for constant variation is y=KX so if you substitute the numbers in your problem into the formula than it would look like this.
1 cup = k (4 minutes)
so if you were to solve for K then your variation would be 1/4.
