I have been teaching for nine years and love the challenge of working with new students and embracing different learning styles. I believe that every child is capable of learning and can achieve his or her goals with practice and determination. The school curriculum moves along very quickly and students often do not have the time to understand the fundamentals of a concept or skill. My teaching style incorporates teaching the fundamentals of reading and math in an interesting and fun way so that students may be able to build upon these fundamental skills and understand and grasp future concepts presented to them.
