I'm currently working in Houston in the wind energy industry as an analyst, while taking on tutoring on a part-time basis. I recently graduated with my Master's in Civil Engineering at Carnegie Mellon in 2010, with an undergraduate degree in Physics from Rhodes College. I have a strong background in mathematics, the natural sciences, and computer science, and spent most of my college years as a teaching assistant, working with students in physics, mathematics, environmental science, and computer programming. I can tailor lesson styles to your needs and can offer help with students currently taking courses and for individuals learning on their own. My hours are flexible in the evenings during the week and any time during the weekend, and I'm comfortable with tutoring across numerous subjects simultaneously including algebra, calculus, Microsoft Office software, beginner-level computer programming, and physics.
