As a certified math teacher in Cy-Fair and as a tutor, I believe that anyone can learn and understand math. Those problems that appear complicated are just a series of simple concepts. Typically, if math is complicated it's because the method of instruction is complicated. There is a way to teach math that is simplistic and easy to comprehend and by utilizing a simplistic instructional style, my students understand the "why" behind the "do" thus enabling them to retain the information and allowing them to experience a greater level of success.
My in-home service area is the Cypress area. For other areas, I typically meet at a Barnes and Noble, Panera, library, or other public location that wouldn't be too far from you.
