I am a recent UTA BSN graduate but also possess a prior B.S. degree in mathematical economics.
I have over 1200 combined hours of tutoring/peer educating at UTA in college math, algebra, biology, anatomy & physiology, chemistry, microbiology, and Spanish. I also have about 500 prior hours as an high school math substitute in various Metroplex High Schools.
I am an advocate of the V.A.R.K. learning method. I use V.A.R.K. to assess clients then adjust lesson plans and tutor sessions to best facilitate the individual learner with understanding and application of the subject matter.
Additionally, I am very patient yet energetic. I consider myself a lifetime learner and enjoy sharing that knowledge with others.
