Hello,

I am a certified Elementary school teacher. I graduated from Texas State University in 2011 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies. I am certified to teach Early Childhood-6th grade, as well as English as a Second Language. I am also CPR and First Aide certified.

My previous experience includes two semester of classroom instruction. I also worked as a volunteer aide at a local child development center. Currently, I am working as a substitute for the Georgetown ISD. I have tutored students in the past and loved the chance to spend the one- on- one time with them. I feel that as a tutor it is my job to encourage the student while delivering the extra academic support he or she may need. When I tutor i feel it is important to create a routine and help the student develop study skills they will use throughout their academic career. It is important to me to develop a relationship based on trust and respect not only with my student but with their parents as well.

How do I receive a discount?

Save between 5 and 15% on tutoring by purchasing credit with one of our prepaid discount packages. You can buy one of our standard 5, 10 or 15% packages or customize your own package based on how much tutoring you need. The credit you purchase can be used towards any tutor at any time and does not expire. If you do not use the entire package, we will simply deduct what you did spend on tutoring from your original purchase price and give you a refund. Discount packages start as low as $190.
