Thank you for inquiring about my services. My philosophy is that every student can learn. I have 20 years of experience as a state certified educator in elementary and special education. I have experience with individualizing instruction based on the child's learning styles and academic needs. An initial assessment will be given to determine this information.

My sessions include hands-on learning, Floortime techniques for special needs kids, games, visuals, and tactile/kinesthetic strategies. I make sure that the child is confident so they feel better about learning. Your child is unique and their instruction will be also.

I am very passionate about teaching kids to read! Literacy affects all subject areas. It's my job to help each child feel success. Children learn to read at their own pace and I will honor their development as a learner.
