I am avid about education. I believe it to be a life-long experience. I taught high school for Clear Creek Independent School District. I was a volunteer mentor for the district for over three years in their Communities in School program. I have been a substitute teacher and tutor for Pearland Independent School District for six years. I have substituted for all grade levels. I have been a Substitute Teacher for Friendswood ISD for over two years. I have substituted all grade levels for the district.
I am qualified to teach because I have acquired 83 Ph.D. credits from Walden University with a major in Human Services and a concentration in Professional Counseling. I receive a Master of Human Relations degree from the University of Oklahoma with a major in Human Relations. The M.H.R. degree is an interdisciplinary degree that includes Psychology, Sociology, Anthropology, and Political Science. I received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of South Florida with a concentration in Criminology.
I thoroughly enjoy working with students. My desire is for each student to have an enjoyable educational experience that they can appreciated and use for a lifetime. My subjects of expertise are in the Social and Behavioral Sciences, although I am very well qualified to tutor in many other subject areas such as English, Grammar, Writing, and Proofreading, to name some. I would like the opportunity to work with your student in achieving academic success.
