My tutoring career is now in its third year. I enjoy math and do my best to make it fun and enjoyable. In a nutshell, I provide students with multiple ways to understand math that caters to their learning style, and let them choose the best way or ways they fill comfortable with.

Here is a highlight of my education accomplishments:

I have worked with WyzAnt Tutoring from September 2011 to the present. While here, I 1) serve a diverse clientele of 111 customers, 2) earn 17 client recommendations and a 98% customer satisfaction rating, 3) Conducted over 278 tutorials, 4) instruct Geometry, Calculus I & II, College Algebra, Pre-Calculus, Trigonometry, Statistics, Elementary Math, and Pre-algebra, 5) utilize problem solving skills to prioritize and troubleshoot client difficulties, and 6) improve my ability to explain and simplify information in multiple ways

I worked with Fort Worth ISD, where I , 1) directed and planned eight week STAAR project, boosting student math performance by 40% to 134%, 2) cooperated with diverse team of 11 and attained 42% student proficiency on standardized exams, 3) delegated leadership and team roles to 125 students, 4) supervised, evaluated, and mentored diverse group of 300 students, 5) designed and implemented student evaluation system on both Excel and Word formats, and 6) received supervisor recommendation for excellent leadership and teamwork

Also, I worked for Sylvan Learning, and learned to use the Apple I-Pad IV technology to instruct and monitor students with 161% efficiency, and developed the skill of differentiated instruction to eliminate learning gaps.

In sum, tutoring allows me be more interactive, dynamic, creative with my clientele, which in turn allows them to be creative, be themselves, providing a safe and comfortable environment for them to learn. This dynamic energy allows me to establish rapport with students, as well as facilitate a more efficient learning environment free from distractions. In all, I take great joy in seeing my students grasp the concepts and become successful in their endeavors.

I look forward to helping and serving you or your child's learning needs and to assist them on their road to success.

VERY IMPORTANT: If you submit to me questions on a future assignment and ask me to take a look at them via phone call or email, you will be charged based upon the number of hours I spend going over the assignment if you decide not to have a tutor session with me. If you do have a tutor session with me, the above charge will be waived. Furthermore, with regard to statistics, I am only proficient in undergraduate level statistics, Sophomore level coursework. I WILL NOT tutor graduate level statistics whatsoever.
