In most cases, tutors gain approval in a subject by passing a proficiency exam. For some subject areas, like music and art, tutors submit written requests to demonstrate their proficiency to potential students. If a tutor is interested but not yet approved in a subject, the subject will appear in non-bold font. Tutors need to be approved in a subject prior to beginning lessons.
The ACT mathematics is an examination that needs to be developed with consistency and clarity in conjunction with the students normal classes in science and mathematics. Science and Mathematics on the ACT can be developed more easily than that for the SAT (even though my students obtain perfect scores on the SAT). Proper guidance and logic are the main aspect that I stress when I am tutoring/teaching/training individuals of all ages.
The primary problem for students to overcome on both examination is the lack of rigorous algebraic drills.

I am an avid horticulturist, botanist, chemist, who has been teaching botany for the last ten years while teaching environmental chemistry, botanical nomenclature, environmental remediation, and other earth science related courses. True botany is one of the most difficult classes to teach due to the logical organization and colloquial nomenclature that transcends the entire span of human existence.
The first medicines by Galen, Aristotle, Hippocrates, and in the written record, the study of botanical herbs dates back over 5,000 years to the Sumerians, who described well-established medicinal uses for such plants as laurel, caraway, and thyme. Ancient Egyptian medicine of 1000 B.C. are known to have used garlic, opium, castor oil, coriander, mint, indigo, and other herbs for medicine and the Old Testament also mentions herb use and cultivation, including mandrake, vetch, caraway, wheat, barley, and rye.
My passion in botany is in the area of orchids. Orchid family is also known as Orchidaceae, commonly referred to as the Orchid family, is a morphologically diverse and widespread family of monocots in the order Asparagales. It is currently believed to be the second largest family of flowering plants (only the Asteraceae is larger), with between 21,950 and 26,049 currently accepted species, found in 880 genera. The number of orchid species equals more than twice the number of bird species, and about four times the number of mammal species. It also encompasses about 6–11% of all seed plants. The largest genera are Bulbophyllum (2,000 species), Epidendrum (1,500 species), Dendrobium (1,400 species) and Pleurothallis (1,000 species).

Geometry is the basis of life. The simplest form of matter such as quarks, leptons, gluons, electrons, protons, and neutrons all have geometric shapes that allow each individual atom to have unique properties. These properties allow life to exist and are fundamental to the diversity of life.
My specialization in geometry and trigonometry is related to the development of a specialized area of science that is called the Calculus of Biology and Chemistry from the Fundamental of Geometry and Trigonometry.
A majority of my students excel in geometry and trigonometry under my tutelage.

Annual Percent Change is used to measure trend or the change in rate over time. It is the "average" annual rate of change over the time series selected.
