I am currently teaching an ESL class at a community college. It has been a great experience and I have really enjoyed it!
Right now we are learning about helping verbs. These are the little verbs next to the main verbs that "help" by telling the tense or person of the verb. Some sentences don't have helping verbs, like "I like ice cream." But, if this sentence is changed into question, it does have a helping verb! For example "Do you like ice cream?" Cool, huh?
English can be hard to learn, but it's a great language!
