I have worked with children from as early as preschool, to as far as graduate school and law school! I was an A student in all Pre-AP and AP English classes in junior high school and high school, as well as a 4.0 English student in college! Vocabulary

I have been teaching vocabulary for 3 years. I use fun and creative methods to make memorizing easy and very effective. All of my students have loved my methods, and greatly improved on their vocabulary skills!

Grammar

I have been tutoring grammar for 3 years. Grammar is sometimes a tedious subject; however, I make it fun and enjoyable!

Reading

I am incredibly passionate about reading. I have been teaching reading for 3 years, and can turn even the most stubborn readers into book lovers! I make reading fun, and aim for my students to continue their new found love of reading for fun!

Writing

I have been teaching writing for 8 years. My students have all improved immensely in their writing skills, and have fun learning new tricks that I teach them to improve their papers!

English

I have been tutoring English for 3 years and absolutely love it! My students have all greatly improved their grades, and had fun doing so!

Literature

I have been tutoring literature for 3 years and absolutely adore it! I am very passionate about reading, and am great at getting my students excited about it as well!

Proofreading

I have been teaching proofreading for 8 years. I teach proofreading in a way that my students learn to catch their own mistakes, which greatly improves their scores! I make learning to proofread enjoyable, so that my students pay closer attention to detail!

Elementary (K-6th)

I have been involved with teaching children for a long time. Not only have I tutored elementary school children, but I was also a gymnastics coach for 5 years working with them as well! I am great with children and have a great passion for working with them!
