Hello,
I always try to let my students know how I love teaching. I have been teaching music since 1998. I enjoy teaching the students with different range of ages. The youngest student I currently have is my nephew who is 4 years old. I work ear training with him in the form of a game. The oldest student I have had was a 60 year old lady, my very lovely guitar student.
I started music with classical guitar in 1992. Four years later, I started teaching my first student. After a while, I found myself involved in one of the most enjoyable things: teaching music. As well as my private and group classes in guitar, piano, theory, ear training, and music composition, I have held diverse music workshops and courses in some music institutes and universities such as Farabi Music Institute, Electronic School, and Shiraz University. Perhaps because of my passion in teaching music, I have received several formal appreciation from those schools.
As a performer, I have performed in numerous recitals as a solo guitar player. I have also collaborated with chamber ensembles in forms of duet, trio, and as music director.
As well as guitar, I love piano. I believe learning piano is necessary for everyone who likes to understand music deeply. formerly, I used to play piano in case of music composition and analysis, but during these recent years I have been playing this nice instrument more than before, and for enjoyment. Since 2002, I have been involved in serious and artistic music composition in different styles. So far, I have written more than forty works for solo instruments, choir, chamber ensembles, and symphony orchestra.
