Hi, how are you doing? I taught Business Law as a part-time faculty member at The Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale in the Fashion Design and Fashion Merchandising departments. Also, I taught the Entertainment Law Seminar at Florida International University in the Legal Studies Institute, for paralegal students.
In addition, I am the Chair of the Annual Fashion Law Student Writing Competition, presented by the Florida Bar Entertainment, Arts & Sports Law Section, and also an Executive Council member of EASL.
I am admitted to practice law in Florida, Louisiana, California, the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida and the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California. I passed all bar exams the first time.
I graduated from Nova Southeastern University with a Juris Doctorate and Florida State University with a Bachelor of Science in Political Science. While in college, I focused on Government, Politics and International Relations. While in Law School, I focused on Business Law.
Also, I frequently lecture on the Entertainment Business at local, state and national continuing legal education and community events. For example, she taught the Entertainment Law Workshops at Tipitina’s Co-Op in Baton Rouge, Louisiana to students ranging from pre-teens to adults.
Finally, I am a Princeton Review Certified teacher for the SAT, ACT, Early Edge Middle School Math and English Language Arts.
