I am currently a teacher of middle school aged children who are deaf or hearing impaired. I teach Reading and Language Arts. I am certified in Special Ed, Deaf and Hard of Hearing, EC-4 (general) and Reading/Language Arts (4-8).

I enjoy the challenge of helping children get over the hurdles of their education.I keep a positive outlook and have a good sense of humor. I believe, with effort, all children can learn! I am interested in individual learning outcomes and processes. There are many learning styles and many ways to learn material. I will help you determine an effective way for your student to accomplish their goals.

I have a BA in Child Development, and a MA in Marriage, Family, Child Counseling.
I look forward to working with you and watching your child master the concepts that have caused them to struggle.
