Hi,

My name is Nissa. I have been a tutor and long term substitute off and on over the last 10 years. I have taught Algebra I & II, geometry, and world history at two different high schools. I have also been a Sylvan and AVID tutor specializing in upper level math. I strongly believe that with one-on-one tutoring anyone can overcome their difficulties.

I currently work for Crowley ISD as an intermediate ISS teacher. This position requires me to work one-on-one with students 8 hours a day. I love to see those "AH-HA" moments and I can't wait to see those in your child.

On a personal note, I am a God fearing person and have dedicated most of my life to some type of ministry, from youth to missions. I am a missionary by profession but will be here in the states for another year.

I will be available most evenings and occasionally on the weekends.
