Hello, this is Tomo.

I graduated with a Ph.D. in the field of Biochemistry and Molecular Genetics and have been a researcher at a medical center. Besides, I have been a private tutor for middle school and high school students for last 5 years.

For the tutoring, I have been working under two policies. First, I have been focusing on the textbook which the student actually uses in the class. Second, I like to talk well to a student face to face in order to find out exact what are missing pieces to understand the content of challenging problems. I believe that this is simple but is the most direct and effective way to tackle the challenge together – me and student.
