I am a junior Industrial Engineering major from Crosby, Texas. Ever since high school, I have always been the guy my friends come to for help with anything math or science related. I know I can do a good job at explaining the material in terms that make sense to YOU. I like to come up with real-world problems that the given material could be used to solve. When you FULLY UNDERSTAND the material instead of just memorizing a few formulas, you will be able to retain the information longer and be able to apply it more efficiently on a difficult test question.
As far as credentials go, I was the salutatorian of my high school, but I was also voted best all around by my peers, so I have good people skills as well. I also made a 4 on the AP physics test and a 5 on the AP calculus test.
So far I have yet to make a C at Texas A&M and have particularly excelled in math and physics. I would love to help you in anything from algebra to calculus to differential equations. I also really enjoy physics (especially the mechanical aspects).
Communication is key when it comes to tutoring. There are lots of tutors out there who are just as smart or smarter than I am, but if they cannot effectively communicate the material, that is of no use.
If you need help in any kind of math or physics, please send me an e-mail and I'm sure we can arrange a time to meet up and work on it.
