My daughter and I finished our first tutoring session for Algebra 1 with Megan about a week ago. From the beginning, Megan was very responsive and flexible as she and I coordinated our initial meeting, which made it easy for me to get my daughter started with a tutor. Megan showed up on time and quickly connected with my daughter, who is a freshman in high school. They had a productive session and my daughter was eager to schedule the next meeting with her. Following the first session, Megan left me feedback via the WyzAnt site, which was helpful to me to better understand the challenges that my daughter is having with the material and also to understand Megan's strategy for future sessions. We are now going on to our second session, and Megan seems to be a great fit for my daughter.

Update - November 26, 2012

My daughter told me that she liked Megan's style of tutoring. When my daughter makes a mistake or doesn't understand a concept, Megan asks her questions about the problem or concept to prompt my daughter to solve the problem rather than being given the answer. My daughter also thinks Megan has a good grasp of the subject matter (Alg1). Daughter is comfortable and believes Megan is helping her.

The credit you purchase can be used towards any tutor at any time and does not expire. If you do not use the entire package, we will simply deduct what you did spend on tutoring from your original purchase price and give you a refund. Discount packages start as low as $190.
