Hi, I'm an English tutor in Austin. If you are a non-native speaker that would like to improve your English writing, reading, or pronunciation skills I can help. Or, if you are a native English speaker who is just interested in improving your grammar and writing skills or need help in your English classes I can also help with that, too. I have also taught test prep courses for entry into college and graduate school (ACT, SAT, GRE) and can help you improve your scores, especially in the verbal and writing sections.

A little bit about me... I live in Austin and have worked for nine years as a web editor, web writer, proofreader, and English tutor. I have a B.A. in English with a minor in Chinese. I can speak Mandarin and a little Spanish. I love learning languages and teaching other people language. I look forward to working with you!

Great tutor — My son had his first lesson with Robert yesterday and I think he's going to be a good fit for my son's needs. He gave him some great tips and techniques to use for the SAT critical reading that hadn't been presented to him before. After the lesson, my son said that he was a very good tutor, made things easier to understand, and looks forward to working with him. ...
