Hi, my name is Enoch. I tutor the Japanese Language to beginners who want to start learning the Japanese language. I tutored people when I was at Texas A&M in Japanese using the Genki book series. I like to have a hands-on approach in learning a language, that is what I fundamentally believe will help people learn more about the language, by being engaged and having fun. Strict memorization never worked for me when learning past foreign languages like French, Spanish, Chinese (Mandarin). So I like to invigorate people by using a fun way to interact with the language. I don't go straight from the book, but modify the lesson so that it encompasses this hands-on philosophy. Currently I am tutoring a friend of mine in Japanese and so far, they're grasping the language nicely. I have spoken Japanese for about 11 years now, and grasp a JLPT level of 2 for the Japanese language. Talking to a lot of native Japanese people in college helped me to broaden my horizon, and learning the language at Texas A&M helps also. So feel free to learn Japanese and have fun with it.
