American History is an overall summary of the events and countries involved that helped shape our current state of affairs. It describes how political, religious and philosophical ideas and beliefs helped shape our constitution and attitude towards other countries in this world.

Biology

Biology is a study of all things living on this planet. It describes systems on the earth, and how they interact with each other to support life as we know it. Biology deals with all forms of plant life and animal life. It has a section on human anatomy, botany, zoology and ecology. Cell structure and function is an important section as well.

Geology

Geology is the study of the physical interactions on this planet earth. There are detailed descriptions of rocks, and the rock cycle as well as the processes that form rocks. Weathering, erosion and land features such as mountains and glaciers are part of this subject.

Ecology

Ecology is the study of how living things on this planet relate and interact with each other. Predator prey relationships as well as how different animals occupy the same area are described. How the non living aspects such as weather, type of soil and rainfall help shape the different biomes are explained.
