After 18 years with Boeing, I turned my passion for teaching and training into a career. I am certified as a Generalist through the 8 grade and have a good grasp of the core subjects. I find that organization, practice, and multiple ways to look at a subject lead to learning. I will work with a student to find out what their preferred learning style is to help facilitate the most efficient growth. I am convinced that changing routines helps a student learn whereby the location and newness of the environment helps the student recall information that has been taught. A focused, comfortable and positive learning environment is essential for learning.
