Hello,

I am a college student who is seeking a computer science major with a mathematics minor. I previously wished to be a high school teacher so in the past few years I have been accumulating a lot of time as a substitute teacher. I have substituted for 2nd grade through 9th grade at different schools around Middle Tennessee. I have also tutored college calculous homework at the University of the South where I've gone for the past three years.

Recently I have tutored an introduction to Java course for the university students and worked on mobile apps for both the iPhone and Android devices. I have also opened my own web design business with a partner in TX. We are hoping to open a Nashville branch in the coming months. I'm willing to travel anywhere between Nashville and Chattanooga and the surrounding areas. If you need a tutor for math or anything computers I'm your guy. I'm comfortable with most web languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery, PHP) a few high level programming languages (Java, Objective-C, Python) and Mathematics from beginner levels to Discrete Mathematics or Calculous. I took 2 years worth of Spanish in high school and 5 semesters worth of Spanish in college. I'm not a fluent speaker but I can read and write Spanish well enough to help most people. I would love the opportunity to tutor high school and intro level college students.

I have tutored an intro to Java class at the University of the South and have taken 3 classes there that are Java based. I have also worked with Android App Development in Java

I played football for 15 years including 2 years of college football at the University of the South. I refereed for youth football for 3 years in high school and I've helped coach at my old high school. I have most of the skill positions with most of my experience coming at the Wide Receiver and Cornerback positions.

Web Design

I started making websites when I began to notice a lot of really poorly created sites online. After 5 months of learning HTML and CSS I began to work on freelance sites. Now I have been designing websites for 2 years and run a web design business based out of Houston, TX. Most of our sites are custom Wordpress themes.

Computer Programming

I'm seeking a computer science major, planning to to graduate in 2013. I have experience working with Java and Objective-C and developing programs from desktop apps on Windows and Mac/Unix to iPhone and Android apps. I can help tutor for Java, Python, or Objective-C mainly.
