Students can best learn beginning English by practicing English with talking to Americans. Students need to learn how to use English in everyday situations that they will encounter while living in America. I have tutored adults and children in ESOL.

Hello, I'm a graduate of the University of South Carolina with an I.M.A. in Art Education. An I.M.A. is an Interdisciplinary Degree in Art Education. I was taught the four component parts of the national art curriculum- Aesthetics, Art History, Criticism, and the Production of Art.

I love reading books on Art History. I have a large library of Art History books to help students learn about various artists. I enjoy doing research on the internet.

My undergraduate degree is from Radford University in Virginia. I taught Art at the Elementary level for 14 years. I have taught Art History and Appreciation and Fine Art at the college level for three years.

Art is important for everyone to understand about the past as well as the present. Students can
understand artists and their work.

Hello! I became interested in ESOL for personal reasons. My heritage is Estonian/American. I had to teach my two adopted children English. I went to the University of South Carolina for my ESOL add on certification(grades k-12). I went to English for Life in Greenville, SC through the College of Charleston to obtain an Adult TESOL certification.

I helped establish a Adult ESOL program at St. James UMC in Spartanburg, SC. We had a program in beginning and intermediate learners. We tutored students in citizenship as well. The citizenship test is important for those who want to obtain their U.S. citizenship.
