I am a thirty-three year old father of two, who is looking for a way to make a little extra money to supplement my day job as a manager for a manufacturing company. My mother has been an educator for many years, and I have really enjoyed working with my oldest son since he started school this year. That has lead me to explore tutoring in my spare time. I received my undergraduate degree in Animal Science with a concentration in Science and Technology, so the life sciences are my favorite subjects, but I feel I can help in a number of other subjects as well. I grew up on a farm and was active in 4-H while growing up; I played high school basketball and am an avid sports fan; and I enjoy playing video games with my sons. These varied experiences enable me to make any subject exciting and easy to relate to for students of different backgrounds. I believe that there are different ways to learn and will work hard with any student to find the way that works best for them.
