How I can help...
My approach to each subject is very straightforward. I have no secret methods, or cutting edge teaching techniques. I think the best way for students to understand a subject is to be taught by a teacher who is there to help and who will move at the student's pace.
I also need to say I'm relatively new to tutoring regularly. I've helped people before, but this is my first "official" tutoring job. I'm starting now because I've been considering moving my career into teaching full time.
A big part of what I can also do for a student is in their motivation. I've been fortunate enough to do things from traveling the world (literally) to starting up my own companies. I've seen the Amazon, the Mediterranean Sea, the Eiffel Tower, and Stonehenge. I own my own house, and have a good career. Those experiences have all taught me a great many things. I'm living proof that anyone can do whatever they want to do, but my lessons were learned the hard way. I'm happy to talk about these things with students.
Now, a few things about me...
I graduated from TN Tech in 2007 with a degree in the Engineering field, Industrial Technology, and a minor in Business.
I work currently with Mid-South Machine as the purchasing manager, but began my career there working as a manufacturing engineer.
