I believe my experience as a high school instructor earlier in my career provided skills that allow me to be an excellent trainer, who adapts quickly to various learning styles. I have extensive experience training users on Microsoft Office applications for all versions from Office 1995 to the most recent versions. I customize training to meet the needs of the individual or groups. I train topics that you need to know for your job and career advancement.
Clients I have trained have been in many different industries, all ages and abilities. My clients have been in the following industries: Legal, Medical, Real Estate, Hospitality, Industrial, Recreational, Finance, Banking, High Tech, Insurance, Home Services, Catering, Manufacturing... and more. Entrepreneurs, State Offices, Large and small business, and individuals are amongst my client base.
If local, I train people right at their own computer. If not local, I have an online meeting space, and have over 12 years of experience training individuals online. Many local clients opt for online training for convenience.
I love to help others learn, and I am a teacher at heart. I believe that the ability to teach is a gift and get great satisfaction knowing I have made someone's life easier through learning the tips and tricks of technology.
While I train users on MS Office, I have also learned many proprietary applications.

In addition to application training I also assist client to learn soft skills such as Time Management, Sales Techniques, amongst other topics.
For clients in career transitions, I work with these clients with Career coaching, Interview Strategies, and Resume writing.
Often, I create help sheet and customized training manuals for clients to serve as a resource to training.
